Machell Dooley (She/Her) has been with The Springer for 3 years. She has been a volunteer in the local community since she was 14 years old, starting with The Medical Center (now Piedmont Columbus) as a Candy Striper. She has also volunteered at a nursing home, PTA secretary & room mom for all 3 of her children throughout elementary school, team mom on their sports teams, The Dream Center, Animal Ark Rescue, Pocket Parks, Chattahoochee River Conservatory and is currently the secretary for Chattahoochee Valley Pride. In May of 2025, Machell was promoted from Community Engagement Coordinator, to Box Office Manager, where she will continue to use her volunteer experience recruiting ushers for Springer productions.
