The Springer Opera House actually encompasses two different venues in the same building, occupying half a block at the corner of 10th Street and 1st Avenue in downtown Columbus, GA. Access to these spaces is from different sides of our building.
Our historic Emily Wooduff Hall seats approximately 680 people in a fixed seating arrangement with assigned seat numbers.
Our flexible black-box Dorothy McClure Theatre (known affectionately as The Dot) seats approximately 300 people. All tickets are general admission, and seat assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis.
