VIDEO: Springer building amphitheater, moving remainder of season outside due to COVID-19

As the Springer Opera House prepares to celebrate its 150th birthday staffers have begun building a new outdoor performance space to keep shows going during COVID-19. The new amphitheater is in their parking lot at the corner of 10th St. and 2nd Ave.
