Ticket Policies 

Single and Season tickets for the Springer’s 2022-2023 Season may be purchased in person at our box office at 103 10th St. Columbus GA 31901, by telephone at 706-327-3688, or online (with convenience fees).

Tickets are non-refundable. In advance of an event, tickets may be exchanged for a different date, provided there are seats available, fees may apply. Tickets may not be exchanged for a different production. After the date, no refunds will be given.

EVERYONE attending a ticketed event, including all children regardless of age, must have a ticket. This is required to comply with fire codes and to ensure the safety of all our patrons.

Not all performances are appropriate for all ages. Please be sure to read all information on the individual event pages prior to purchasing your tickets.

For performances in our Emily Woodruff Hall, our lobby opens one hour prior to performances and seating begins approximately thirty minutes before the start of the performance.

For performances in our Dorothy McClure Theatre, our lobby opens two hours prior to

performances and seating begins approximately thirty minutes before the start of the

performance.

At the discretion of management and in compliance with the artists’ contractual agreement, latecomers will be seated at appropriate intervals during events.
