Late one night, little Sophie is snatched from her orphanage bedroom, hauled off across the landscape to Giant Country, and kept in a cave by a huge creature who talks squiff-squiddly. But he promises not to eat her in one scrumpdiddlyumptious mouthful - gobble, gobbledy gone! So of course, Sophie and the BFG become great friends and embark on fantastic adventures. Roald Dahl at his theatrical best!

Recommended for family audiences and school groups grades K5 and up
