Purchasing Tickets:
To purchase tickets online, click here!
Tickets may be purchased at the box office window during business hours with cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Tickets may also be purchased from the box office over the telephone by calling (706) 327-3688 during normal business hours. Payment must be by credit card and a $3 telephone transaction fee applies to all phone sales. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover credit cards for single ticket sales. We do not reserve seats without payment.
All ticket sales are final and are good only for the show for which the tickets were purchased. We cannot cancel, exchange or refund single tickets. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Exceptions to these policies are granted to season ticket holders, only.

Season tickets are available from June until December and offer a substantial discount for the best entertainment available in the Columbus area.
Click here for play and package description. The advantages to purchasing season ticket are many. Our season ticket holders enjoy the following privileges:
-Discounts on additional single ticket purchases to all Springer sponsored productions.
- No telephone order transaction fees when you purchase additional tickets over the phone from the box office.
-Free ticket exchanges. (Upgrades may apply. Exchanges must be done prior to originally scheduled show.)
-Free ticket replacement for lost or stolen tickets.
-Advanced notice of spec ial events

Ticket Pricing:
Regular single tickets range in price from $30-$35 (depending on the night you attend) for Mainstage shows and $25 for all Studio II shows in Foley Hall. Please ask about special discounts for military, senior citizens, students, children and groups.

Admission
Theatre doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain. Our productions begin promptly as scheduled. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
Show times are at 7:30 p.m. for evening performances and 2:30 p.m. for matinee performances except for the Springer Children's Theatre.
Springer Children's Theatre shows start at 7 p.m. for evening performances and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for matinee performances.
Free parking is available on First and Second Avenue, and Tenth Street.
Services for Persons with Disabilities
The Springer Opera House is committed to providing services for people with disabilities, including:
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair seating for persons with disabilities and a companion is available for all shows on a first come - first serve basis
Audio Aids
A personal audio enhancement device is available free of charge at the box office for patrons needing hearing assistance.
Elevator
An elevator located in the box office foyer provides easy access to all levels of the theatre.
Smoking
In accordance with Georgia law, the Springer Opera House is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, however, is permitted outside of the building in various public areas.
